A full-time agent since 2008, Stella Coral Chen was drawn to the real estate profession after purchasing her first home and seeing how much goes into transactions. She then began learning more about the process before finally earning her real estate license in the early 2000s.
After emigrating from Mainland China to California, Stella started her real estate career with various companies in Alameda. Since then, she has moved to different businesses and sold all over the Bay Area, but she has maintained a concentration in the East Bay. Stella has experience in the residential world, but focuses on sales of warehouse and office leasing, and is an REO and Short Sale Specialist. When opportunities for sales have arises, she successfully closes transactions and maintains many happy clients.
Stella comes from a background in sales, where she learned how to confidently communicate with people from all walks of life and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment ‚Äì skills that have helped her seamlessly transition into her career as a real estate agent. She prides herself on being a problem solver and anticipating the needs of her clients. She easily makes changes if necessary and can pivot quickly from task to task to ensure each transaction goes smoothly. She uses these qualities for her clients, who range from first-time buyers to 1031 exchangers to domestic and international investors.
Stella is always eager to meet and help new people and she brings positive energy to her many hobbies and volunteer work. Stella is deeply involved in the local Art community, she is the Vice President of the San Leandro Art Association. In her off time, she paints, illustrates, and cooks. She also helps out four-legged friends that are in need by volunteering for animal shelters when she has time. She speaks and writes fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
